Federal Appointments

The Office of Congressman Barber is currently accepting information from qualified applicants who may wish to be considered for an appointment to the position of U.S. District Court Judge. 

Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, resume with qualifications, and two (2) letters of support or recommendation to the Congressional Member in whose district the applicant resides.  If you live elsewhere in the state, please select one Member for your submission.

Applications will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this announcement.  Applicants are encouraged to submit only the items described above.

All applicants will be notified in a timely manner of the final recommendation by the members of Arizona's Congressional Delegation.
